Hi! I’m Alix Lynch. Thanks for taking the time to learn if I could be a good fit.

I’ve spent 17 years inside high-pressure organizations like Intel and Amazon, not just surviving - but fighting for what’s right. I’ve coached individuals and VPs, rebuilt broken cultures, and helped leaders evolve when the stakes were high and the systems of people and processes were resistant.

But I’ve also lived complexity outside the boardroom. As an international orphan, a single parent, a highly-sensitive person, and someone who’s navigated toxic environments with clarity and grit - I bring lived intelligence to every coaching conversation. My insight isn’t just trained. It’s earned.

I work with people who lead, whether it’s teams, ideas, or their own transformation. My clients are executives, founders, and sensitive high-achievers who know something’s off and are ready to name it, face it, and fix it. I help them move from stuck to strategic, from burnout to alignment, from silence to conviction. They walk away with clarity and confidence.

I’m certified by the International Coaching Federation and hold an MBA in Strategic Management plus an undergraduate in Psychology and Spanish. But my real credential is this: I tell the truth with care, and I help people become what they were always meant to be.
